What do the forms collect?
The report form asks for the house's street address, city, state and ZIP code; what you've noticed; how long it has looked empty; a photo, if you add one; anything else you want to write; and your name, email and phone, if you choose to leave them.
The owner form asks for the property's street address, city, state and ZIP code; whether there's a mortgage on it, and if you're current; its condition; your name and email; your phone number, if you choose to give it; and anything else you want to write.
Both forms also record the page you sent them from.
Where is it stored and how is it used?
Submissions, including uploaded photos, are stored by this site's form host. I use what you send to look into the house you reported, or to answer you about your property.
If you leave your contact details with a report, I'll only use them to ask you about that house.
Nothing is ever texted from this website.
How do I have my details removed?
Send a request through either form on this site. I'll remove you and stop contacting you.
